Creative Nerds worked with the British Youth Council, a leading youth charity, to create an infographic-style animation to explain what the UK Young Ambassadors programme is.

The British Youth Council empower young people aged 25 and under to influence and inform the decisions that affect their lives.

The UK Young Ambassadors are a group of young people aged 18-25 tasked representing the UK globally. Working alongside their team, our team storyboarded, produced, voiced and edited the final product which was shared at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane during a launch ceremony.

Their new report on Brexit concludes that 50% of young people felt the world was changing for the worst, with only 35% feeling it was changing for the better.

The role of the UK Young Ambassadors have never been more important, with a chance to scope and change their futures through structured dialogue.

The findings of the report have been presented to the Government and the British Youth Council intends to ensure young people have a meaningful opportunity to influence Brexit negotiations.

Anna Barker, Chair, British Youth Council said: β€œIt is quite clear that young people continue to feel worried and uncertain about the future of our country following the EU Referendum results.

The Government must ensure young people are centre stage of the Brexit negotiations going forward – so young people feel they have a real stake in their future!”

The new video will help recruit the next generation of UK Young Ambassadors, as well as outlining what they do.
