Creative Nerds have been appointed to work across a number of Cycas Hospitality properties within the IHG family, across Europe.
Working closely with the marketing team, Creative Nerds have already implemented a targeted social campaign which is already breaking set goals.
Building awareness of the apartment-hotels, plus growing followers and local sentiment – the channels are already glowing with an 600% increase in engagement in month one.
Hotels bring their own challenges, with reviews and check in and out enquiries, so quality community management is also key to success with a reply rate of under 1 minute on average.
Showcase visitor comments and engaging with those interested in staying has increased conversation and is already having a knock on effect on website visits.
Sharing on branded slides guest experiences we’re showing through the eyes of the visitor what you could also expect when you stay.
Working together with the in-house teams, we’ve grown on-site events including one for the Royal Wedding, and Eurovision increasing the link between on-trend events and the hotels with many more to come.
Aligning with their current PR team we’ve also elevated planned ‘Take Residence’ events at Residence Inn by Marriott London Bridge – with a running tour taking visitors around London’s landmarks.
South Point Suites – London Bridge also now homes a number of locally sourced products in their pantry – keeping their home from home mantra running throughout.
