Twitter UK approached Creative Nerds to create an engaging and multi-level campaign for @TwitterUK, the national handle over a 6 month strategy exercise.
The social network wanted to engage more female millennial followers and give them a reason to follow the page.
We worked alongside the in-house Twitter team to grow the page.
This involved creating on-brand, trending content including Polls, Moments and exclusive Periscope content with #TwitterTalks, where we interviewed big pop names with fans sending in questions live.
Creative Nerds increased Twitter UK’s audience by over 30% over a 6 month period, increasing engagement by over 45% and helping the follower demographic become female-led.
