Making America great again through engaging social content!
Over three months, we were tasked to turn Channel 5USA’s Facebook and Twitter into one of the UK’s leading TV social platforms. The channel was perceived by non-viewers to be the least varied, meaning our social output needed to be the opposite: diverse, engaging, shareable and relevant.
To achieve this, we chose a strategy that fused useful show information with relatable, social content in the form of images, GIF’s, videos, games and competitions. We know from experience that strategies like this help to harness specific audiences and turn inactive fan-bases into loyal and engaged users.
Through fast-turnaround content that complimented their weekly TV schedule, we grew the channels by more than 9,000 followers and generated over 35,000 engagements across Twitter and Facebook.
